Article 1 – Definitions

• Consumer: A natural or legal person who purchases the product, unless stated otherwise.
• Entrepreneur: Plutonix B.V., the provider of the product, Satoshi’s Choice – Stealth Seed Storage.
• Right of withdrawal: The right of the consumer to return the product within 14 days without giving any reason.
• Durable medium: Any tool that allows the consumer to store information for future use.

Article 2 – Identity of the Entrepreneur

Article 3 – Applicability

• In most cases, there are no customs duties or import taxes for shipments to countries like the USA, UK, and within the EU. If such charges do apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 9 – Delivery and Execution

• The entrepreneur strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days.
• If there is a delay, the consumer will be informed and has the right to dissolve the agreement.

Article 10 – Warranty and Liability

• The products are of good quality and conform to the description on the website.
• The entrepreneur is not liable for indirect damage, such as the loss of data or crypto assets.
• In the case of clear manufacturing defects, the entrepreneur has the option to either provide a replacement product or refund the purchase amount.

Article 11 – Payment

• Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. The product will only be shipped after the payment is received.

Article 12 – Complaints Procedure

• Complaints can be submitted in writing or by email and will be handled within 14 days.
• The entrepreneur aims to resolve complaints in consultation with the consumer.
