At our store, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day using FedEx, ensuring fast and reliable delivery worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times
- USA & Canada: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- Australia: 2–5 business days
- Asia: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 2–6 business days
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a track-and-trace link to monitor the progress of your package. Both we and our shipping partners are committed to delivering your items as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Important Information About Shipping to Certain Countries
Shipping our products to certain countries may involve additional risks and costs. Customs procedures can result in delays, non-delivery of packages, and/or extra charges. For this reason, we have adjusted our shipping terms for the following countries:
- Bangladesh
- Chile
- India
- Montenegro
- Nigeria
- Pakistan
- Serbia
- Turkey
- Venezuela
What this means for you:
- Shipping Fee: The shipping fee for these countries is €29.50.
- Liability: We are not responsible for any additional costs, and we cannot reimburse you if the product fails to be delivered. If the product is returned to us, you will receive a refund minus the costs incurred. These costs are approximately €80 but will be determined precisely afterward.
- Import Duties and Taxes: In the countries listed above, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes. These costs vary by country and range between €0 and €100. These charges are your responsibility. If you refuse to pay these fees, customs will not release the package. - Customs Clearance Services: FedEx offers customs clearance services to facilitate the customs process. For more information about these services and their availability by country, please refer to the FedEx Customs Clearance Services.
We do our best to deliver your product and always include the appropriate documents with the shipment. However, due to the complexity of customs procedures in certain countries, we are unable to provide additional services or insurance. We recommend consulting the resources mentioned above to prepare for any additional costs or requirements when receiving your order.
