Conditions for Returns

• You can return the product within 30 days after receiving it.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Returns can be initiated by completing our Withdrawal Form and emailing it to: return@satoshischoice.nl.

Your Right to Cancel

• You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product, no questions asked.
• If you cancel your order, you must return the product within 14 days of cancellation.
• Once we’ve received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs

• The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Return Your Product

1. Fill out the Withdrawal Form.
2. Email it to return@satoshischoice.nl.
3. Ship the product back to the address provided after your return request is confirmed.

• Products that are used or damaged cannot be returned.
• Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
