Welcome to the Satoshi’s Choice Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the program’s policies.

1. General Information

1.1. The Satoshi’s Choice Affiliate Program is designed to allow affiliates to earn commissions by promoting and driving sales of Satoshi’s Choice products via unique referral links.

1.2. Participation in the program is open to individuals and businesses that align with our brand values and comply with these terms.

1.3. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Details

2.1. Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% on the net sale amount (excluding VAT, shipping costs, and any discounts applied).

2.2. Commissions are calculated and credited once the referred customer’s payment is successfully processed.

2.3. Payments will be made in either Bitcoin or PayPal, based on the affiliate’s selected payment method.

2.4. For PayPal payments, transaction fees (typically 3-5%) will be deducted from the total commission amount. Bitcoin payments incur no additional fees.

2.5. A minimum payout threshold of €50 applies. Commissions below this amount will roll over to the following month.

2.6. Payments are processed monthly and will be made by the 15th of each month for commissions earned in the previous month.

3. Affiliate Obligations

3.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting Satoshi’s Choice products ethically and professionally. Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive advertising practices are strictly prohibited.

3.2. Affiliates must not:

• Use spam or unsolicited email to promote their referral link.

• Bid on keywords containing “Satoshi’s Choice” or related trademarks in paid search campaigns.

• Use Satoshi’s Choice’s logos, images, or trademarks without explicit permission.

3.3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

3.4. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Satoshi’s Choice, in compliance with applicable advertising disclosure laws.

4. Satoshi’s Choice Rights

4.1. We reserve the right to:

• Terminate an affiliate account for violation of these terms.

• Adjust commission rates or program terms with 30 days’ notice.

• Withhold or revoke commissions if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.2. In cases of returned products or chargebacks, corresponding commissions will be deducted from the affiliate’s earnings.

5. Termination

5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

5.2. Upon termination:

• Affiliates must cease all promotion of Satoshi’s Choice products and remove any referral links.

• Pending commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out during the next payout cycle.

6. Liability

6.1. Satoshi’s Choice is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

6.2. Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of The Netherlands.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the Satoshi’s Choice Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating in the program.
